Pricing FAQ
Can I change tiers any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly lead cap?
You can wait for the next cycle or upgrade to a higher tier. Paid tiers also carry 50% of unused leads to the next cycle (capped, expires after 30 days).
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of your first paid charge, full refund, no questions asked. After that, contact support.
Is there annual billing?
Not yet. We bill monthly only at launch. Cancel anytime from the billing page.
