How is Keendai different from Apollo or ZoomInfo?
Apollo and ZoomInfo are static contact databases. Keendai ranks live SMBs from Google Maps and the Instantly database against your ICP, scores each one with a plain-English reason that cites the actual signals, and links every signal back to its source URL and timestamp. Different category: we feed your stack, we don’t replace your CRM.
What does the AI score actually mean?
A 0–10 number indicating how well a prospect matches your ICP given the current signals. Every score ships with a 1–2 sentence reason quoting the specific signals that drove it.
Do you do cold email sending?
No. Cold email sending is a separate product called Gaidme. See gaidme.com.
What’s a "personalization angle"?
A drafted opening line specific to that prospect, grounded in the mined signal. Paste-ready or feed straight into your sequencer’s first-line variable.
Can I define multiple ICPs?
Yes. Free tier supports 1 saved ICP, Starter 3, Pro 10. Switch between them per export.
Pricing & billing
Is there really a free tier?
50 leads per month, no credit card. Same product, just lower cap and fewer integrations.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page. Access continues to the end of your current billing period, then read-only with a 90-day grace window during which you can resubscribe to recover everything.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Monthly billing only at launch. We will revisit annual after a few quarters of churn data.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe.
What happens if I exceed my lead cap?
Wait for the next cycle or upgrade. Paid tiers also carry 50% of unused leads forward (capped at one month, expires after 30 days).
Data & privacy
Where do you source data?
Public signals only: Google Maps Places (business listings, hours, reviews, locations) and the Instantly lead database. Contacts are enriched via Apollo (person resolution), Hunter (email verify), and Telnyx (phone line type).
How do you handle GDPR / CCPA?
We deliver only B2B contacts with public business roles, sourced under legitimate-interest basis. Suppression and opt-out lists are honored. See our DPA.
Do you sell my ICP definitions or exports?
No. Your ICPs and exported prospect lists are private to your workspace. We do not resell or aggregate customer data.
Where is my data stored?
Google Cloud (us-central1), Firestore Native. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups retained 30 days.
Technical
Do you have an API?
Not at launch. We will ship REST endpoints for ICP management, runs, and exports after the first cohort lands.
Which CRMs do you integrate with natively?
CSV and XLSX export at launch. HubSpot and Pipedrive land in the first weeks post-launch as fast-follow integrations.
Which sequencers do you push to?
Keendai exports leads; we do not push to sequencers directly. Pair Keendai with Gaidme (our cold-email engine, separate product) or your existing sender.
